I have been developing the recipes and getting the perfect Idaho grown ingredients for these mixes for about 6 months and we now have them ready for you to purchase and bake in your own kitchen! Best of all - they have whole grains milled to flour and are preservative free!
J'S SPELT OATMEAL & CHOCOLATE GOURMET COOKIE MIX
Both mixes are a healthier and incredibly tasty version of your "run of the mill" cookie. They were developed to be Idaho Preferred (using at least 25% Idaho grown product) and are truly amazing. One comment was: "Hmmm... it actually tastes like a cookie!"
Healthy doesn't have to be tasteless or cardboard.
And they are totally easy to make - just add butter and eggs, mix, and bake. You can also add your favorite indulgences, like chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, candy pieces - whatever you like in your cookies. Add them all or none at all. It is up to you. They bake up beautifully and are super-tasty.
Both mixes yield somewhere between 3-4 dozen cookies (depending on the size you scoop them to be).

The oatmeal mix is made with Idaho grown whole wheat flour, sugar and flaxseed.
Ingredients include: sugar, oatmeal, whole wheat flour (hard white and spelt), flaxseed, cinnamon, salt, sweet vanilla powder, leavening (baking soda).
