For Use as a Steam Juicer
Fill the bottom pan with water, place fruit in the colander and cover with the lid, and heat on a stove. As the water boils, hot steam penetrates and opens fruit cells, allowing the juice to drip into the juice kettle. Depending on the fruit, you may steam the fruit up to 60 minutes, release the clamp and drain off flavorful juice concentrate through the drain tube.
This is how I make applesauce - steaming my apples before I put them through the food strainer and I love having the option of putting the juice back into the sauce and then canning any leftover juice!


Soup Pot/Roaster
The bottom pan is ideal for boiling, stewing and simmering soups. It's also great for roasting and baking beef, chicken, pork and other meats. Smooth surfaces will stay shiny and bright for years, while rounded corners aid in easier cleaning. Pan holds 7-quarts and measures 11" in diameter.

Cooker/Colander
