The K-Tec ^®  Kitchen Mill™ is a lightweight, electric, impact grain mill that uses stoneless milling which reduces heat that destroys precious nutrients. It can mill up to 1 1/2 pounds of grain per minute.

Ease of Use
The milling chamber is self-cleaning and service free. The housing and base are made of high impact GE Lexan™.

Capacity:
The pan will hold 24 cups and has 5 texture settings from course to extremely fine flour. It is easy to use and comes fully assembled.

How it works:  K-TEC ^® made history by being the first manufacturer to bring a computer balanced Micronetic Chamber into the kitchen. The heart of The Kitchen Mill™ is this micronetic milling chamber. This chamber uses surgical quality stainless steel instead of stones to instantly turn any grain into flour. The milling chamber consists of two stainless steel parts with concentric rows of stainless steel teeth. These teeth spin within each other at high speed. Grain enters in the center of the chamber and by centrifugal force hits the several rows of milling teeth. These teeth burst the grain into the best flour you've ever used in baking.
