I have purchased grains as well as a grain mill through HiStakes-Spelt and been very satisfied with everything. The grain mill arrived amazingly quick. Very satisfied with all of my purchases and the personal service!

I'm on my second 25 bag of Spelt Berries that I purchased from HiStakes!! I don't buy "ANY" flour! What I grind is what I use for "ALL" my baking needs! My husband & I love the nutty flavor of Spelt & the healthy goodness. Like I said I use Spelt flour only! for my baking!!

HiStakes grows, cleans and sells great spelt. I use it in all my flour that I grind. Our family is still expanding new uses. Such nice people to deal with too.

Adding whole grains to your diet will help you maintain a healthy weight, help stabilize blood sugar levels, and help you increase your fiber intake.
HiStakes-Spelt is a wonderful grain that is high in protein, manganese, magnesium, and copper. HiStakes-Spelt also contains high amounts of B vitamins niacin, thiamine, and riboflavin which give yo u a lot of energy and help improve your mood. So, you have this feeling of being full (satisfied)after eating HiStakes-Spelt and this improves your mood and you have a brighter attitude.
So, I have really enjoyed Spelt, a lot! I know that it can be used as a whole grain flour for baking but for now I am enjoying it as a grain. I will prepare it like a hot cereal adding brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, and strawberries. It is delicious!! It tastes wonderful and I know that I doing something great for my body.
