Simply load the extra-large capacity hopper with an easy-turn handle for effortless use. The seeds and skin will separate from the puree.

Fully gasketed and sealed at shaft and screen to eliminate leaking and dripping. Screens are constructed of stainless steel and feature simple twist-on design.


Canning Tip: I use this food strainer religiously to make applesauce.  After juicing my apples in the juicer (shown at right), I simply load the apple in to the hopper and out comes the applesauce. Sometimes I will add more juice back into the mixture and then add a little sugar and cinnamon, but it couldn't be easier with these canning tools.
