Same excellent Cookie Paddles that Bosch makes, only this set comes with a metal drive for use with the Universal Plus. When you purchase the Universal Plus, the the whips come with a plastic whip drive. You need a metal drive for heavier dough.
The paddles are made of an extremely tough thermoplastic called Delrin. The all-metal whip drive is mechanically dishwasher safe, but its shiny surface will turn gray if put in the dishwasher.
The set will carry a 5 year guarantee against breakage. Warranties are only valid when paddles are used with the Metal Whip Drives.
